Set up time is 5:00 p.m. Meats must be inspected before any preparations can begin.
Pits can be lit anytime after meats are inspected.
Turn in times for meats will be announced at a later date.:
Awards payouts will be based on 50 teams entered.
Will be 90% of entry fees plus $2000. |
